Tip number 1: Cool the utensils of your whipped cream

First of all, place the mixer bowl in the freezer for at least an hour before you start. This way, the cream will stay cold and will easily fit into your ice cream bowl. Moreover, you can also place the whisk in the fridge at the same time as the bowl and it will be even more effective!

Tip number 2: choosing the cream to make the whipped cream

Always use a cream containing at least 30% fat. So, to make your whipped cream a success, no low-fat cream! Indeed, it is the fat that allows the emulsion. It is also what gives the airy texture that makes a good whipped cream so successful!
